UPCOMING PROJECTS
1st Floor Renovation
We will be starting a large renovation of the 1st floor this year. There will be new lighting and flooring. Hallways from the parking garage and north entrance will be created to make a better flow to the 1st floor. Our Management Office along with Park Inc will be right off the main lobby and a conference center will be built for tenants use.

Exterior signage has started around the building. Signs will continue to go up around the parking areas and at entrances using our new branding.
